It may have been BT1-0, the Russian equivalent of Grade 1 Commercially Pure. Easier to work and apparently has better thermal conductivity than the most commonly used alloy Grade 5 that is used in high strength applications.

It's all very expensive. I make almost no profit on my ti twig stoves by the time shipping and the exchange rates are factored in.

A five gallon can stove does not warp, has a hotter cook top, throws more heat for wood burned, has a cooler chimney.
