Posting Pictures ?

I'm new with this so if I'm able to get any info here it will definitely be helpful !

Took my new digital camera to the local film developer, and had them put all the pics on a kodak picture CD. Now !

The next step is to download these pics on a website, and after that is done then I'm able to post them here ?

Any recommendations on what websites I should use to store and post pics ?

I believe http://flickr.com/ is the most widely used service for such 'picture sharing' matters.

I use http://www.photobucket.com.  Has done the job for 2+ years of posting reports.
