Clear vinyl door

Anyone have tips on installing a clear vinyl door on an Atuk Alaskan?

Can't help you with that type of tent, I tried it on a snowtrekker.

I can tell you a mistake I made, actually I think 2.

Didn't really size the vinyl correctly when I cut the width.

Then I didn't sew or staple the velcro on the vinyl, just stuck it on.   The heat coming from the stove melted the glue backing on the velcro and the whole right side of the vinyl door began to droop off the canvas.

My fault for being lazy.  But having a vinyl door is cool, looking outside during the daytime is nice. 

I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Sew the velcro on for sure as the vinyl needs to be removable....depending on the gauge of vinyl it can be very susceptible to cracking in cold...so I warm it by the stove before installing then when time to pack up make sure it is warm inside the tent before removing.
From that decide on location..cut ...paste and have some canvas to velcro into the hole when window not installed.

I'm considering how to do one in your/my Kanguk haha .....
